Swapnil Education Society, Pune was established in 2004 Wing Commander (Retd.) V. R. Paraskar of Indian Air Force to make the beautiful years of a child's schooling a joyous experience and also shape and build character along with producing responsible and worthy citizens of this Great Nation. The Managing Committee of Swapnil Education Society is constituted of academicians, doctors, engineers, industrialists, defence officers, IPS Officers who have yeoman services behind them.
Wing Commander V R Paraskar, who is B.Sc (Hons), LL B. from University of Pune. After selection in All India Level, he was trained at Air Force Academy, Hyderabad & was commissioned as PILOT OFFICER by President Of India in 1976.
After retirement from IAF, he served as the head of the Administration at GMRT, World's Largest Radio Telescope of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India. Having noticed weak areas of students and need to improve the education at this India's Premier Research Institute. He established Swapnil Education Trust under which Flying Colours English Medium School was commissioned to produce not only students with good academics but worthy citizens for this country.
He has traveled all over the world and visited many foreign educational institutions.
BA in Marathi Literature from Nagpur University and looks after the Linguistic Development of the School.

Mrs Vaishali Patel, studied in Convent Girl's High School, Prabhadevi, Mumbai and Graduated from Kirti College, Shivaji Park, Mumbai. Well known author of Curriculum Books and have published 41 titles. She is instrumental in bringing up Flying Colours English Medium School upto Std 10 and looks after Cumulative and Comprehensive Evaluation to ensure quality education.
